| Iceland is empty. This is best illustrated by looking at it's capital city Reykjavik. The country has 300.000 inhabitants (no, there are no zeros missing), of which 200.000 live in the greater Reykjavik area. Coming from Europe, the city feels liks a small provincial town, coming back to the city after visiting the country, it feels like a buzzing place. |
